What is Kodak Moments Video Training?
The tltraining.kodakmoments.com video training website is a portal designed to enable access to video-based lessons that cover a wide variety of topics related to the operation of a souvenir photo business. The videos are designed to be viewed either independently or in a group setting.
What are the system requirements?
Access to the internet, a modern Internet browser such as Edge, Chrome, Safari
Is registration required?
Yes. Registration is required. We ask new users to apply for access by completing, then submitting the registration form. Your registration request will be reviewed and, if approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in.
How to register
On the https://tltraining.kodakmoments.com landing page, there is a ‘Register’ section. Complete all fields then select ‘Submit’. Your request for access will be reviewed, and if approved, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to log in and your temporary password.
New account email not received
When registering, take care in entering your email address correctly. A typographical error will prevent receiving a first-time log in information. If your registration confirmation email was not received, fill out the ‘Contact Us’ form and we will investigate the problem.
What information do you collect?
We collect your first name, last name, email address, job function, and venue location as part of the registration. In addition, we record which module you accessed and the date of access.
How will my information be shared?
We will share a report of activity with site management upon request.Your personal information will not be shared with anyone else.
How do I log in?
After registration, return to tltraining.kodakmoments.com and fill in the ‘Log In’ section. You will need to enter your registered email address and password.
Forgot password?
From the tltraining.kodakmoments.com landing page, select the ‘Forgot Password’ link located in the ‘Log In’ section.A link to reset your password will be emailed to the registered email address.
How long will my account be active?
Each user account will remain active for the duration of the selling season. No account will remain active for more than one year. If you are returning to work for a new season, you will need to register as a New User.
How long will you retain my personal information?
Personal information such as name, email address, and account activity will be retained for the selling season, then purged at the conclusion of the selling season.
Will my records be shared with my employer?
We will share a report of activity with site management upon request.
What is your privacy policy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy online. Our pledge is to safeguard any information we collect associated with you and your name and will make every reasonable effort to use this information only as you request.
Can I request to be forgotten?
Absolutely. Complete the ‘Contact Us’ form and indicate that you would like your account deleted.Your personal information as well as activity on the site will be deleted permanently. If you wish to access the site later, you will be required to register as a new user again.
Can I view the videos on my phone?
Yes. You may access the video library from a computer, or mobile device such like a tablet or smartphone.
Can I download the videos to my phone or computer so I can view them without internet access?
No. The videos are not available for download to your phone or computer. You must be connected to the internet to view the videos.
Are the videos available in languages other than English?
Currently the video library is only available in English.
Organization of the videos
The video library is organized by categories, topics, and modules. The categories are: KODAK EPX Software Operation, KODAK EPX Software Management, KODAK EPX Software Configuration, KODAK Thermal Printers, Cameras, and Site Operations. Beneath each category are several topics, and within each topic, are (1) or more modules.
How to best use the videos
The videos are designed to be used “as needed”. There is no curriculum path established. However, some topics may include modules that are broken into smaller segments to keep the length of the video to a minimum. If you are new to the topic, and there are multiple modules, it is best to work through the modules in order: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3, etc.
What if I have questions on a video or want to request additional training?
Please see your site manager if you have questions or need additional training. If your site manager cannot answer your question, they can reach out to the organization training director or the Kodak Moments account manager.
